The Role

As a Middle Business Analyst, you will serve as a strategic bridge between Business and Tech across the full product lifecycle. Beyond capturing requirements, you will identify root problems, proactively propose solutions, and support process standardization. This role serves as a strong stepping stone toward a Product Owner/Product Manager position as you progressively take ownership of product problems within a "mini PO" scope.

What You Will Do

1. Problem Analysis & Solution Ownership (Mini-PO Scope)

• Partner with PMs/POs and stakeholders to uncover root causes and proactively propose actionable solutions—moving beyond passive requirement logging.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user behavior research (R&D) to continuously elevate solution quality.

2. Requirement Engineering & Solution Design

• Design Context Diagrams, Business/User/System Flows (BPMN, Flowcharts), and detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.
• Build low-fidelity wireframes/mockups to guide the UI/UX team.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on ERD alignment, database structure, and API design integration.
• Draft Functional Specification Documents for Dev handover; support effort estimation and sprint planning.

3. Delivery Support & Quality Assurance

• Track sprint progress, resolve requirement ambiguities, and clarify business logic issues on the fly.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and usability testing; create user guides and conduct internal training sessions.

4. Leadership & Process Standardization

• Assist in work allocation, review deliverable quality, and mentor Junior BAs.
• Contribute to standardizing BA processes, reusable templates, and quality checklists across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Product-driven or SaaS environment. Experience in mentoring or leading small teams is a strong plus.
• Strong root-cause analysis skills, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and a user- and product-centric vision. Ready to step into a PO/PM trajectory.
• Proficient in User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BPMN/Flowcharts, Context Diagrams, and basic wireframing.
• Understanding of ERDs, basic API concepts (using Postman/Swagger), and general knowledge of FE/BE architecture.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, structured documentation, clear communication, and confident stakeholder management.
