The Role

Middle QA owning product quality across the full SDLC, from requirement review to post-release operation, as we build out the QA team. This role has real potential to grow into Automation Test — you need enough technical foundation to write test code yourself, not just rely on AI assistance.

What You Will Do

• Build test plans for each sprint/release, aligned with the product roadmap.
• Review requirements and assess quality risks early (shift-left).
• Design and standardize Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Checklists.
• Directly execute testing (Manual, API, Regression, Smoke...).
• Log bugs, assess severity/impact, track fixes, and verify post-fix.
• Collaborate closely with PMs/POs/Devs throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Propose product and process improvements based on real data.
• Contribute to building automation suited to the product's stage — from basic scripting to proposing a framework.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of QA experience, preferably with SaaS products.
• Solid grasp of testing processes, SDLC, Agile/Scrum; able to independently own test planning, execution, bug management, and reporting.
• Proficient in Postman and test/bug management tools; strong in API testing and regression testing.
• Real technical foundation for growing into automation: understands code, ability to write test scripts (Selenium, API scripts...).
• Strong analytical thinking, able to assess bug severity and impact.
• Clear, easy-to-understand communication — QA is the bridge that receives, handles, and reports bugs back to stakeholders; cross-department collaboration experience is important.
• Careful, detail-oriented, with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Proactive learner, keeps up with testing trends; comfortable proposing improvements.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus, as you'll grow with the team.
• Fluency in English.
