ROLE SUMMARY:

Bridge end-users and the AI build team. Own requirements, act as the primary user-facing interface for LND’s AI initiative, run training, and lead QA / UAT before each deployment — operating inside the team’s cadence of shipping a usable increment every ≤ 2 weeks. This role fills two gaps flagged in the AI Team Build Recommendations: an unassigned QA / Tester function and the need to protect the Product Owner’s time before each sprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• User interface & discovery. Run workshops and interviews with stakeholders (execution, proposal, field service, BoD), capture pain points and translate them into AI-solution concepts.
• Requirements & documentation. Produce BRD / FRD, user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams and UAT scenarios with clear acceptance criteria.
• Rapid prototyping & mock-ups. Turn requirements into clickable Figma mock-ups and AI-generated prototypes, iterating fast with users to validate before build.
• QA & testing. Prepare test cases and datasets, perform internal business testing and coordinate UAT before hand-over — owning the currently-unassigned QA role.
• Business Analyst — AI Solutions Deliver training and user manuals, support deployment, then log bugs / change requests and prioritise them with the Product Owner.

Your Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems or Business; 2–4 years as an (IT) Business Analyst in software delivery.
• Solid grasp of SDLC + Agile / Scrum and requirement-elicitation techniques.
• Hands-on experience writing BRD / FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT.
• Mock-up & wireframing using Figma and AI-assisted mock-up / design tools to produce interface mock-ups quickly.
• AI prototyping - fluent with AI rapid-prototyping methodologies to move from concept to working demo fast.
• Proven track record of end-user training and documentation.
• Strong English + Vietnamese communication - customer-facing, both languages.
• SQL / basic data analysis for validation and reporting.
