Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide technical leadership and ownership of development outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Promote coding best practices, testing standards, deployment strategies, and security protocols within the team.

Technical Development

• Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Docker, Redis, and Postgres.
• Design, implement, and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MariaDB.
• Architect job-scheduling and batch automation processes to ensure reliable, fault-tolerant data collection and processing.

Project & Process Management

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product stories and technical tasks.
• Apply Agile methodologies to guide the team, manage sprints, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Maintain and update the Azure DevOps Dashboard to reflect project progress and timelines.

Communication & Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and operations teams to plan and execute development roadmaps.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and technical challenges effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience & Leadership

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in team leadership or engineering management.
• Prior experience in architecting and operating large-scale distributed ETL processes.
• Experience in driving cutting-edge products forward, instead of passive project leadership.

Technical Expertise

• Backend: Proficiency in NodeJS / NestJS.
• Frontend: Strong skills with ReactJS / NextJS.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and CSS.
• JavaScript Ecosystem Expertise:
  • Build tools: Vite, Webpack
  • Testing: Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library
  • Data fetching: React Query
  • Code quality: ESLint, Prettier
• Proficient with Docker and relational databases (MariaDB, MySQL, Postgres).
• Experience with Linux-based VMs in a production environment.

Infrastructure & DevOps

• Familiar with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud products, particularly Azure DevOps Pipelines and Repos.
• Solid understanding of Git and version control best practices.

Process & Collaboration

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.

Communication

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
