Our client is a local company, now looking for an Automation Expert (Manufacturing, $1,530, ID22805):

• Pinpoint manufacturing stages suitable for automation integration utilizing humanoid robotics, collaborative robots, standard industrial robotics, and advanced automation tech.
• Travel on business trips to China to engage directly with humanoid robot vendors, system integrators, and technical partners.
• Master hands-on operation, programming routines, system parameters, preventative maintenance, and fault diagnosis for new robotic hardware.
• Participate in specialized technical workshops and carry out Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) directly at suppliers' overseas facilities in China.
• Assess diverse automation systems based on technical viability, operational stability, cycle time efficiency, safety compliance, adaptability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and validate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) tailored for novel automated manufacturing use cases.
• Customize and optimize humanoid robotic applications to seamlessly align with local plant operational processes in Vietnam.
• Spearhead installation, testing, system commissioning, and production ramp-up for automated equipment.
• Connect and integrate robotic systems with legacy production lines, sensor networks, PLC units, and plant execution systems.
• Program, configure, and fine-tune operating parameters for optimal robot performance.
• Establish clear interface boundaries between automated systems, human operators, and machinery.
• Enforce rigorous adherence to machine safety guidelines and industrial health standards.
• Track post-deployment metrics to continually enhance system uptime, reduce cycle times, and boost overall plant productivity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical disruptions in coordination with equipment vendors.
• Draft comprehensive technical documentations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance guidelines, and training manuals.
• Deliver technical training to frontline operators and maintenance technicians covering daily operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute strategic technical insights toward shaping the facility's long-term automation roadmap.
• Consolidate best practices and document operational standards for scalable replication across global manufacturing sites.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education:Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (with a strong emphasis on automation), or Industrial Engineering.
• Work Experience:3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in manufacturing automation, robotic applications, equipment engineering, or industrial systems engineering.
• Language Skills:Proficiency in spoken and written English to effectively collaborate with international experts and review technical documentation.
• Ready and willing to travel abroadfor technology transfer, training, and equipment acceptance.
