Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Senior Brand & Communications Executive (Premium Brand, $1000++, ID 22801):

• Develop Communication Strategy:Translate global brand direction into annual local action plans, including budget planning and KPIs across the marketing funnel, from reach and brand awareness to touchpoint traffic.
• Integrated Campaigns & Digital Marketing:Execute 360-degree campaigns targeting high-value customers and affluent lifestyles; manage digital content and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize lead conversion.
• PR & KOL Partnerships:Build media relationships and develop collaborations with KOLs/KOCs, architects, and project/hospitality partners to strengthen brand credibility.
• New Product Communication:Lead end-to-end launches of new product lines and hero products in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Content & Brand Asset Management:Develop reusable communication assets and ensure consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Agency & Budget Management:Manage communication budgets and oversee the performance of creative, digital, media, and PR agencies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male/ Female, 25 - 37 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in brand management, integrated communications, or digital marketing, either client-side or agency-side.
• Experience in premium/luxury industries, such as luxury fashion, premium automotive, or high-end building materials, is preferred.
• Proficient in English
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive attitude, results-driven approach, and sensitivity to design and lifestyle trends.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Estimated Total Income:VND 30,000,000–40,000,000 per month, including allowances and bonuses. (Periodic bonuses of approximately 30% of salary, paid twice a year; 13th-month salary and additional bonuses equivalent to 3–5 months' salary.)

Insurance:Social insurance contributions based on full salary and Bao Viet health insurance.

Working Schedule:Work 1–2 Saturdays per month, with two extended leave periods per year (one week each).

International Exposure: Direct collaboration with the regional office in Singapore and the brand's headquarters in Germany.
