Tuyển dụng Senior Executive – Chemical Trading tại Hồ Chí Minh

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Executive – Chemical Trading to support the growth of our chemical trading business in Vietnam.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales, expanding customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and monitoring market and pricing trends. This role requires strong commercial awareness, customer relationship management skills, and experience in chemical or commodity trading.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and grow sales with manufacturers, distributors, and industrial customers in the Vietnam market.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential customers, and strategic accounts to expand market presence and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements, strengthen relationships, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor chemical and commodity market trends, pricing movements, supply-demand conditions, and industry developments.
• Gather and analyse market intelligence to support pricing, trading decisions, sales planning, and commercial strategies.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve agreed sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order execution, timely delivery, payment collection, and high levels of customer service.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer information, market updates, and other relevant commercial reports.
• Support the Senior Manager on business initiatives, strategic projects, market development activities, and other ad hoc assignments as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in chemical trading, petrochemical trading, commodity trading, or industrial chemical sales.
• Hands-on experience in petrochemical or chemical products will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Good understanding of commodity trading, pricing mechanisms, market dynamics, and commercial practices.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good command of Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
