Tuyển dụng Assistant To HR & Admin Manager - Agriculture & Livestock Industry tại Tây Ninh

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join an international agricultural company in Tay Ninh.

1 Planning:

• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, and absenteeism, retention and turnover rates.
• Assist to HR & Admin Manager regarding effective utilization of HR capability such as: fulltime employees, contract labor, casual and temporary employees.

2 HR Compliance

• Manage C&B team to make sure all services provide effectively.
• C&B
• Compulsory Insurance.
• PIT

3 Performance management

• Assist to HR Manager to build up and implement Company performance management system for management level and staff level.
• Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Organize and conduct employee survey programs.
• Internal policy and compliance responsibilities.
• Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims.

4 Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Solid experience in HR Operations / C&B / HR Management
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, social insurance, PIT, and HR compliance
• Experience managing a C&B team is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication skills and comfortable working with regional stakeholders
• Candidates currently based in Tay Ninh are highly preferred

• Compensation: Up to VND 40 million gross per month, plus a fixed 13th-month salary and KPI-based bonus.
• The bonus and KPI incentive depending on personal performance and company’s performance, hereunder are paid on gross-of-tax basic. The KPI incentive would be paid in accordance to the Company policy.
• Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation is available for candidates relocating from other provinces.
