Job Summary

The key role is to formulate and manage all relevant credit/risk policies for the secured, unsecured lending products with the objective to balance risk and reward trade-off and to optimize business’ profit/loss, risks and opportunities.

This job holder is also responsible for analytics to review the impact of new credit policies, lending program to give input for higher level in order to have proper action to support for business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Develop/implement/measure/track credit policies and procedures including system setup & testing for Credit Card and Cash loan products.

2. Monitor the credit quality of loan portfolio and to adjust the credit policy, if necessary, to maximize the financial benefit of the business while maintaining credit quality.

3. Ensure proper execution of policies by Credit Operations functions.

4. With direction from Manager, represent department to join company projects, discuss with related operation units (CI, CO), product team, credit risk analytics team… for establishing appropriate product features/credit policies/workflow.

5. Lead and provide adequate training for junior policy staffs to enhance skills/experiences for efficient task delivery

6. Conduct benchmarking and research on industry best practices, market developments and regulatory changes to continuously improve risk management capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Graduate, major in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Statistic, Econometrics or related fields.

- 3-5 years experiences in Banking or Consumer Finance with practical knowledge in Credit Policy, Risk Analytic, Credit Risk Management or Portfolio Management for retail lending products

- Hands-on experience in policy development/implementation, portfolio monitoring

- Participation in risk enhancement, process improvement or automation projects is highly preferred

- Understanding in loan processing/operation mechanism/system.

- Experience in system UAT testing

- Be familiar with local regulations, legal requirements in banking, consumer finance industry.

- Knowledge in database with analytical tools: SQL, SAS…is an advantage

- Good at Excel Pivot table

- Understanding of banking/consumer finance industry and macroeconomics.
