Tuyển dụng Assembly Maintenance Engineer tại Bình Dương

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make and follow maintenance plans to troubleshoot equipment faults, diagnose breakdown problems and make sure equipment is working correctly

Manage equipment, spare parts and order (PR) for replacements as required

Set up and adjust programs and parameter for machine and equipment (PLC, Automation system, HMI,…)

Monitor and control procedures, work instructions, drawings, forms, etc. in proper status.

Track and report machine status, maintenance activities monthly

Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs of equipment and eliminate to the lowest downtime to ensure production operations smoothly

Work with suppliers to get information about new machines and equipment

Train technicians about the machine’s operation and basic maintenance

Plan and carry out engineering projects connected to modification and upgradation of facilities, processes and equipment

REQUIREMENTS

1)      Degree: Mechatronic, Electric, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering

2)      Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in maintenance

3)      English: Communication in English skills

4)      Able to work overtime if required.

• Understanding mechanical skills to design 3D models and create drawings by CAD, Solidworks.
• Aware and take responsibility for complying requirements of ISO 9001, 13485 & 14001 system
• Willing to learn
