Job Purpose: To manage and facilitate the booking and reservation of cargo as well as the overall cargo operation at Noibai Airport.

Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks/Principal Accountability

• Handle cargo booking and reservation processes.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth cargo operations.

• Maintain accurate records of cargo transactions.

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

• Assist in problem-solving and addressing any issues that arise during cargo operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: University Degree

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Airport Operation will be a Priority.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Hard working, motivated

- Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work, and life in general

- Creative, innovative, and assertive

- Adaptability to changes

- Microsoft office knowledge

- Basic presentation skills

- Integrity – Fulfilling commitments.

- Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
