Tuyển dụng Air Freight Sales Senior Manager tại Hà Nội

Identify, target, and acquire new Air Freight customers, focusing primarily on non-group accounts (70% new business).

Drive nationwide direct sales activities to strengthen market presence and expand customer portfolios.

Develop tailored commercial proposals, quotations, RFQs/RFPs for 3PL/4PL air logistics solutions.

Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and potential strategic accounts.

Build strong relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturing enterprises, and international trading companies within Vietnam and the region.

Ensure revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and delivering competitive value propositions.

Work closely with regional Pricing and Operations teams to ensure competitive pricing, operational feasibility, and up-to-date air freight market knowledge.

Coordinate implementation of new accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and service alignment across internal teams.

Support future organizational expansion by sharing best practices, mentoring new team members, and contributing to capability development.

Promote a collaborative, performance-driven, and customer-focused team environment.

Align internal resources to deliver high-quality service and maximize profitability for each account.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry with a strong focus on Air Freight Sales.

Good at English.

Proven track record in New Business Development, including onboarding new accounts.

Experience managing large-scale, long-term, and global customer accounts.

Existing customer network in US and EU markets is highly preferred.
