Air Cargo Sales Support & Customer Service Executive (Nội Bài - Hà Nội)

- Manage sales support and customer service activities for assigned Offline Airline products.

- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and booking arrangements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and key customers.

- Coordinate with overseas partners, airlines and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

- Monitor cargo bookings, shipment status, revenue and service performance.

- Support business development activities and identify new sales opportunities.

- Handle customer enquiries, claims and service recovery.

- Prepare sales reports, market updates and performance analysis.

- Ensure compliance with airline policies and company procedures.

- Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing, Sales or Customer Service within an airline, GSSA or freight forwarding company.

- Good understanding of air cargo operations and pricing.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Able to work independently and under pressure.

- Willing to work at Noi Bai International Airport.
