Tuyển dụng After-Sales Technical Engineer tại Hồ Chí Minh

1. Work location: Vietnam nationwide (permanent residence in Ho Chi Minh City with business travel throughout the country)

2. Perform on-site installation, commissioning, delivery, and customer acceptance of equipment, including color sorting machines and X-ray inspection systems.

3. Carry out daily troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing to ensure stable operation of customer equipment.

4. Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment failure rates.

5. Provide technical training, operational guidance, and after-sales support to local customers and distributors in Vietnam.

6. Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and spare parts quotation requests, and coordinate with the headquarters on technical matters.

7. Support the sales team in market research activities, exhibition support, and pre-sales technical consultations.

8. Maintain customer relationships and contribute to establishing an efficient and stable localized after-sales service system in Vietnam.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Electronics, Industrial Control, or related fields.

2. Technical Skills: Ability to read electrical drawings, proficient in the use of electrical tools, and capable of equipment assembly/disassembly, wiring, and troubleshooting.

3. Experience: Experience in after-sales service for electrical equipment, automation equipment, color sorting machines, or food/grain machinery is preferred. Fresh graduates majoring in engineering with strong learning ability and development potential are also welcome to apply.

4. Language: Basic English reading skills for technical documentation and daily communication.

5. Personal Attributes: Ability to adapt to fieldwork, hardworking, responsible, and committed to long-term career development.

6. Candidates with an electrician certificate and a valid driver's license are preferred.
