A. Company Overview

B. Position Purpose

Partner with the Head of Business Operations Accounting (BOA) to identify opportunities, develop the roadmap, and execute digital transformation and automation initiatives across operational accounting processes (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Accounting). Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, achieve targeted efficiencies, comply with internal controls, and operate sustainably after go-live.

C. Key Responsibilities

1. Assessment & Solution Development

• Assess current AR, AP, and Inventory Accounting processes to identify bottlenecks, repetitive manual tasks, and automation opportunities.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend digital solutions, including Oracle EBS functionalities, RPA, OCR/e-invoicing, auto-reconciliation, BI, and AI tools, supported by cost-benefit analysis.
• Collaborate with the Head of BOA to develop the digital transformation roadmap and prioritize project portfolio for operational accounting.

2. Business Requirements & Solution Design

• Work closely with AR, AP Invoice, and Inventory Accounting Managers to gather business requirements and design future-state processes.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal control requirements, segregation of duties, accounting standards, tax regulations, and e-invoicing requirements.

3. Project Management & Implementation

• Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, budgets, risks, vendors, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration preparation, and go-live activities.

Provide regular project updates to the Head of BOA and Head of Finance Accounting.

4. Post-Go-Live Support & Change Management

• Develop training materials, conduct user training, and support stabilization after go-live.
• Coordinate with IT and solution providers to resolve system issues.
• Monitor post-implementation benefits, including process cycle time reduction, automation rates, labor savings, and error reduction, and recommend further improvements.

5. Data Management & Reporting

• Standardize master data and data structures to support automation initiatives.
• Develop operational dashboards and KPIs, including DSO, DPO, DIO, period-end closing progress, and SLA monitoring.

6. Project Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead project teams comprising key users from accounting functions and direct reports (if applicable).
• Build digital capabilities and transformation mindset within the operational accounting team.

7. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Accounting processes, and ERP data flows.
• Knowledge of digital finance and accounting solutions, including Oracle EBS, RPA, OCR, e-invoicing, BI, and AI.
• Expertise in project management and business analysis, including planning, risk management, process design, UAT, and go-live execution.
• Understanding of internal controls, accounting standards, and tax compliance requirements.

Skills

• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency; SQL or RPA experience is an advantage.

E. Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience participating in or leading ERP, automation, or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with Oracle EBS implementation in FMCG or manufacturing organizations is highly preferred.

Language

• English proficiency sufficient for reviewing technical documentation and communicating with solution providers.

Other Requirements

• High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership of financial data accuracy.
