What's the role?

As Account Manager, you will directly report to Area Sales Manager. Professional knowledge in products, market and service are fundamental to the role as key responsibilities involve developing and growing the assigned sales territories. You will need strong winning mindset to identify new sales potential and turn leads into our customers.

What does the role involve?

• Develop assigned territory by engaging focus customers and building up pipelines
• Consult and present solutions to contractors and other stakeholders of projects to close the opportunities through daily visits, seminars, or demonstration
• Make BOQ (Bill of Quantity), be familiar with CAD drawings, and prove the solution to contractors, consultants, and investors
• Expand network to update with Facade industry in Viet Nam, focus on some big clients and projects
• Manage sales pipeline and report daily activities via Salesforce, SAP
• Involve line manager, GM, trade manager, head of marketing from hub in customer’s meeting to push up sales revenue

We would love to hear from you if:

• Bachelor Degree in Technical/Engineering or business majors (Civil Engineering, Mechanical is preferable)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer-facing, or technical roles. Strong technical candidates who are motivated to develop their career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with working in Construction, Facade is preferable
• Experience in selling Construction/ Industrial Technical products is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Dynamic personality with a strong winning and high-performance mindset
• Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
