1. JOB PURPOSE
Manage receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of laboratory supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records, optimize inventory control, and maintain high warehouse organization standards.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving & Inspection
Receive & Verify: Check incoming goods against PO, Invoice, Packing List, or Delivery Note. Inspect packaging, quantity, specs, lot/batch numbers, shelf-life, and storage conditions.
Discrepancy Handling: Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, and related teams to log and resolve any quantity, quality, or damage issues upon receipt.

Storage & Location Management
Proper Storage: Store goods in designated locations to ensure product quality, safety, and easy retrieval.
Systematic Labeling: Design and maintain a scientific labeling and location/bin-coding system for efficient data extraction and stock management.

Inventory Data & Compliance
Data Logging: Accurately record all transactions in the system (SKU/Cat No., lot/batch, qty, expiry date, storage condition, location, and dates). Monitor shelf-life continuously.
Compliance: Manage inbound, outbound, and on-hand stock per accounting rules and SOPs, ensuring physical inventory strictly matches system data.

Outbound & Order Fulfillment
Pick, pack, and label goods per standard procedures. Prepare shipments for internal department requests, domestic delivery, or international export.

Inventory Control, Forecasting & Auditing
Stock Audits: Conduct periodic or ad-hoc inventory counts. Collaborate with Accounting to investigate root causes and reconcile stock differences.
Optimization: Analyze stock data, forecast demand, define safety stock levels, and set Reorder Points (ROP) to prevent stockouts and ensure material continuity.
Expired Goods: Coordinate with relevant teams to segregate and dispose of expired or non-conforming items according to regulations.

Process & Facility Maintenance
SOPs & Safety: Contribute to building standard warehouse SOPs. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards.

Education: College/University degree in Business or related fields.
Experience: 2–3 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
Core Skills & Qualities:
Honest, meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Excel and inventory management software.
Basic English (able to read English documents and communicate).
