1. Develop the Chain Operations Strategy

- Develop the overall operations strategy for the VinWonders Chain in alignment with the Company’s strategic direction and growth objectives.

- Define and establish a consistent management and operating model across the Chain to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.

- Establish operational objectives, performance targets and key KPIs for each stage of the Chain’s development.

- Develop operational strategies to support business growth, network expansion and continuous improvement in overall business performance.

2. Drive Operational Performance & Business Results

- Take overall accountability for the operational performance and business results of the Chain, including revenue, profitability, service quality and other key performance indicators.

- Direct the development, execution, and monitoring of action plans to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

- Analyze operational data, assess business performance, and drive system-wide initiatives to improve operational effectiveness.

- Regularly review the performance of individual business units and direct corrective actions and improvement plans for underperforming units.3. Standardize Operating Models & Drive Quality Excellence

- Establish and maintain consistent operating standards across the entire Chain.

- Lead the review, optimization, and standardization of operating processes to enhance management effectiveness and operational productivity.

- Direct the implementation of brand standards, service standards and relevant international best practices across the Chain.

- Regularly assess operational quality and drive continuous improvement programs to enhance customer experience and service excellence.

4. Product Development & Customer Experience

- Collaborate with relevant functions to identify market trends and customer needs, and provide strategic direction for product and service development.

- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and strengthen brand value.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and experience metrics and drive improvement initiatives across the Chain.

- Ensure consistency in product quality, service delivery and customer experience across all business units.

5. Financial Management & Resource Optimization

- Collaborate in developing the annual operating budget in alignment with business objectives.

- Drive effective resource utilization and control operating costs across the Chain while optimizing overall operational efficiency.

- Evaluate the operational feasibility and effectiveness of investment, renovation and expansion projects to ensure sustainable business returns.

6. Organizational & Leadership Development

- Collaborate in developing the operations workforce strategy to support the Company’s growth and business objectives.

- Define competency standards, organizational structures and workforce models for operations across the Chain.

- Participate in the assessment, succession planning and development of the leadership pipeline;

establish and drive talent development initiatives.

- Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, operational excellence and continuous improvement across the entire operations organization.

7. Risk Management & Compliance

- Establish a comprehensive operational risk management framework, ensuring proactive identification, assessment, mitigation and control of operational risks.
- Ensure full compliance across the Chain with applicable laws and regulations, safety standards, internal policies and brand standards.

- Direct the development of business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure operational resilience and continuity of business activities.

- Regularly assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management practices and recommend measures to strengthen the organization’s overall governance capabilities.

8. Lead Transformation & Innovation

- Lead transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing management effectiveness, operational efficiency, and overall competitiveness.

- Provide strategic direction on the application of technology, data and digital transformation to strengthen operational management and decision-making.

- Promote innovation, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the

Chain.

- Lead the implementation of strategic projects in alignment with the Company’s overall development direction.

- Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing and facilitate the replication of successful operating models and best practices across business units within the Chain.
