WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Plan and execute UA campaigns for a portfolio of 3-5 projects

- Work with AI agents to produce and scale creative, guiding and refining their output to drive performance

- Manage large-scale budgets on channels such as Applovin, ironSource, Unity Ads, Ad Networks, Meta, Google Ads...

- Monitor daily performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve CPA and scale winning campaigns

- Collaborate with the Creative team to brainstorm ad ideas; execute A/B tests for videos/images to find high-performing hooks

- Track and report campaign metrics daily; extract actionable insights from data to improve performance.

- Keep an eye on competitors and industry trends to suggest new growth tactics

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, Economics, or a related field.

- A strong academic foundation in mathematics is a real plus (Or a track record of achievements or awards in math during your school years).

- 2-5+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition or Paid Ads (Games/Apps). Background at a Top-tier Tech/E-commerce or gaming company is a real plus

- Advanced English proficiency (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+)

- Experience in managing at least one major channel: Applovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, Meta, or Google UAC.

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to analyze data and make logic-based decisions.

- Comfortable using AI tools in a creative and analytics workflow. Experience building or working closely with AI-driven marketing workflows or agents is a plus

- A fast learner who adapts quickly as tools and platforms change.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to read performance data and translate it into creative decisions.

- A growth mindset and performance-driven approach — always testing, learning, and iterating.
