1. Product Strategy & Development

• Develop plans for learning, test preparation, and competency assessment product lines.
• Research market needs and new exams/qualifications, and propose suitable products.
• Manage products from research and design through pilot, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Define target learners, entry requirements, learning outcomes, program structure, and assessment approach for each product.
• Monitor learning data, learner feedback, and business performance for each product.
• Recommend improvements to content, learning materials, processes, and technology when needed.

2. Product Quality & Operations Management

• Manage R&D, Training, and Product Operations; assign work, set KPIs, and track progress.
• Ensure the quality of curricula, learning materials, question banks, assessments, and scoring guidelines.
• Work with Technology and Operations to ensure products are delivered consistently across classes and the LMS.

3. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Train, coach, and develop R&D staff, teachers, and academic team members.
• Collaborate with Technology to develop the LMS, practice and testing systems, and AI features that support the products.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to launch products and collect learner feedback.
• Support recruitment and team performance reviews, and perform other duties in line with the Board of Directors’ product direction.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Languages, Teacher Education, Educational Technology, or a related field. Strong English reading and research skills for international materials.
• Experience: 5 years in education, EdTech, test preparation/qualifications, or product development, with team management experience.
• Strong planning, project management, data analysis, communication, and team development skills. Experience in curriculum development or assessment systems is preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, and systematic in thinking, with a passion for education and a willingness to learn about new products and qualifications.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

• Working arrangement: Full-time, Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month).
• Working hours: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; 1 paid leave day and 2 remote workdays per month.
  • Flexible start time: 8:00–9:30 AM.
  • Flexible finish time: 5:30–7:00 PM (8 working hours per day).
• Location: The Space Office – Hoa Phat Building, 257 Giai Phong Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
• Salary: VND 15,000,000–25,000,000/month, depending on experience and discussed during the interview. Salary review every 6 months.
• Performance bonus based on KPIs and work results.
• 2-month probation period at 85% of base salary.
