• Develop creative content ideas focused on travel, culture, local cuisine, and authentic experiences in Vietnam.
• Write engaging scripts for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and travel review videos.
• Film videos at tourist attractions, company tours, and various travel experiences.
• Collaborate with the Video Editor to produce high-quality content or independently edit basic videos when required.
• Appear on camera when needed (not mandatory if you have other outstanding strengths).
• Stay up to date with social media trends, research competitors, and propose fresh content ideas on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to create content that supports marketing campaigns and drives sales.
• Manage, publish, and grow the company's social media channels according to the content strategy.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content maintains a consistent visual identity and brand voice.
• Monitor, measure, and evaluate content performance using platform analytics tools such as Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, and YouTube Studio.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies to improve reach, engagement, and overall content effectiveness.
• Strengthen and develop the Vietnam Local Adventures brand across all social media platforms.

• Experience creating content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
• Strong copywriting, scriptwriting, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to shoot videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut; experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other editing software is a plus.
• Creative, proactive, and always up to date with the latest social media trends.
• Passion for travel, exploring new destinations, and discovering local culture.
• Willingness to travel when required for content production.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
