1. Administrative & Operational Support

Provide administrative and operational support for proprietary trading activities, including proprietary trading, covered warrants, and ETFs.

Monitor and support the execution of operational processes across product lifecycles (e.g., Covered Warrants, ETFs), ensuring timely and accurate implementation.

Maintain, review, and reconcile operational data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and departments.

Prepare and maintain internal documentation, templates, and supporting materials for internal use and external stakeholders (e.g., regulators, counterparties).

2. Reporting

Prepare and consolidate periodic reports (daily, monthly), including internal reports and submissions to regulators and relevant parties.

Coordinate with related departments to collect, validate, and update data in a timely manner.

Ensure all reported figures are accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

3. Cross-functional Coordination

Act as a key coordination point among internal departments, regulators, and counterparties on operational and reporting matters.

Track progress, follow up on deliverables, and provide regular updates on implementation status.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance - Banking, Securities, Accounting, Auditing or other related fields.

Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in securities companies or in administration/operations roles within the financial industry.

Careful, detail-oriented, with good document management and data control skills.

Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

Proficient in Excel, with the ability to consolidate, reconcile, and monitor data.

Good organizational and deadline management skills.

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team.
