• We are looking for someone who can think through a degraded situation, such as a fully booked flight, a customs hold, or an exceeded time window, and build the exception-based solution that gets the shipment there anyway.

If you join us, you will not be a voice reading a checklist. You will independently manage our most critical shipments, including outside standard business hours and through a structured weekend on-call rotation. You will be trusted to make the call on NFO, OBC or dedicated aircraft charter, and to keep the client informed while you do it.

• We operate with a documentation-first mindset.

Speed matters, but speed without a clean AWB, a valid ATA carnet, or the right dangerous-goods paperwork creates a shipment that gets stopped at the worst possible moment. Customs is not an afterthought. It is mastered without a safety net, and you will manage customs brokers and liaise directly with customs authorities in France, Europe and the United States.

• The work itself spans the full lifecycle of a shipment.

You will handle booking, pickup, documentation, customs and delivery end to end, and you will follow it through to the moment it lands rather than handing it off at the first sign of friction.

• You will be encouraged to challenge the standard routing, propose the better solution under constraint, and take responsibility for the outcome.

• You will also mentor junior team members directly on live shipments, not in a classroom.

• You will join the team in a modern office in Ho Chi Minh City, working day to day alongside the crew that handles this class of shipment.

• You should be comfortable owning a decision under real pressure, reasoning through customs constraints, and understanding why one routing choice matters over another.

• You do not need to know every trade lane on day one, but you must care about doing it properly when it counts.

MUST-HAVE

• Minimum 3 years in time-critical air freight forwarding, freight brokerage, or international express

• Professional fluency in English, spoken and written, nonnegotiable

• Available for night shifts

• Available for the paid weekend on-call rotation

• Proven track record independently handling AOG, OBC, or charter operations

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Familiarity with the CDG airport ecosystem (handlers, airlines, customs agents)

• IATA DGR Category 6 certification

• Experience in luxury or aeronautics freight flows

• Comfort with digital tools / data-driven environments
