Manage SSC & Mass recruitment activities and recruitment solution

·       Developing, updating and guiding the implementation of effective recruitment policies, processes and tools

·       Managing and building source data application according to business requirements

·       Managing, organizing the implementation of recruitment plans to meet region recruitment demand and according to decentralization

·       Effectively planning and implementing EB activities for regions

·       Updating and reporting information, labor market trends, recruitment activities of the business sector

·       Management and parsing and set up the report data rating to be effect of recruitment activities

·       Coordinating with regional HR/recruitment to determine the periodic or unexpected human resource plans

·       Coordinating with among regional office to promptly update the organization chart, personnel structure

·       Developing and updating standard job portfolios, and job description systems

·       Coordination & following up the assessment, rotation, and training plan process

·       Data management, analysis, and reporting of human resource plans

Team Management

·       Organize and assign daily work to the subordinate team and monitor the implementation

Coaching, guiding employees, evaluating and developing career development plans for employees and succession plans for the Recruitment department.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: Bachelor, Business Management and HR are preferabled.

Experience: At least 4 years in BO & Mass Recruitment Management position, HR planning.

Language:  : Fluent in English.

Office skills : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…).

Attitude: Prudent, honest, objective, proactive, Can-Do Attitude.
