Stock Loan Development Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Stock Loan Development Executive to support the development and operation of secured lending products, with a focus on stock / securities – based lending, collateralized loan products, and partnership-driven financial services.
This role will work closely with Business, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to evaluate creditworthiness, structure lending programs, analyze portfolio performance, and support product development initiatives. Candidates with experience in banking, securities, investment products, or financial services are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Analysis & Risk Assessment
Conduct financial analysis and credit assessment for corporate and individual borrowers.
Review financial statements, cash flow, leverage, collateral quality, and repayment capacity.
Prepare credit proposals, credit memos, and internal approval documents.
Monitor portfolio quality, collateral positions, concentration risks, and loan performance.
Support periodic portfolio review and risk reporting.
Product Development & Business Support
Support development and enhancement of secured lending and collateralized loan products.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and partnership opportunities with financial institutions and securities firms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, IT) to implement and improve products/processes.
Prepare business analysis, operational workflows, and product documentation.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor loan utilization, collateral valuation, and exception cases.
Prepare management reports, portfolio analytics, and performance tracking.
Assist in developing operational controls and process improvements.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or other related fields.
2–5 years of experience in:
Credit analysis
Corporate lending
Secured lending products
Financial analysis
Banking, securities, or investment-related products
Experience at banks, finance companies, securities firms, or fintech companies is preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of:
Financial statements and credit analysis
Corporate lending and secured loan structures
Collateral management and risk assessment
Familiarity with securities products, stock market operations, margin lending, or investment products is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability preferred.
Ability to prepare clear reports and presentation materials.

Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn new products and business models.
