bout the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content - Social Media Marketing Senior Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and more.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing / commercial goals.

Create engaging, original, and high-performing content (images, videos, captions) tailored for each platform.

Identify trends, emerging platforms, and opportunities for innovation, also monitor and catch up with the trends, hashtags, competitors, and platform updates to optimize performance.

Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and responses to comments and DMs.

Build and manage influencer partnerships, ambassador programs, and UGC initiatives.

Manage social ad campaigns (in partnership with paid media teams), including targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation.

achelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).

Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.

Basic graphic design/video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite) are a plus.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and adapt quickly.

Experience working with paid social media ads and A/B testing.

Familiarity with SEO and content marketing & UGC strategies.

Experience working cross-functionally with content, design, paid media, and product marketing.

Experience with e-commerce or DTC (Direct to Consumer) campaigns.

Background in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is also a plus.
