We are seeking an experienced

Social Commerce Account Manager to lead portfolio, client, and commercial growth across a roster of premier brand accounts. In this high-impact leadership role, you will own client relationships, build full-funnel Social Commerce strategies—spanning Livestreaming, Affiliate Marketing, and Performance Media—and directly drive GMV and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Leadership & Strategic Planning

Portfolio Ownership

Serve as the primary leader and overall relationship owner across an assigned portfolio of brand accounts.

Integrated Strategy

Craft end-to-end Social Commerce strategies integrating Livestreaming, Affiliate networks, and paid Performance Marketing.

Business Alignment

Deeply understand client commercial priorities and translate them into actionable, cross-functional service plans.

Senior Governance

• Lead strategic client meetings, Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR), and annual planning sessions while handling major escalations.
• 2. Commercial & Business Development

Revenue Ownership

Own portfolio GMV and revenue growth goals, ensuring overall financial health and campaign profitability.

Account Expansion

Actively spot, develop, and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.

New Business & Pitches

• Drive pitch proposals, contribute strategic frameworks, and co-develop commercial packages with Functional Managers to win new brand accounts.
• 3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Team Leadership

Delivery Alignment

Work alongside Functional Managers (Livestream, Affiliate, Media) to ensure campaign strategies align with client goals.

Performance Optimization

Continuously monitor portfolio performance metrics to pinpoint new levers for growth.

Mentorship & Coaching

• Guide and upskill Account Executives embedded across your account teams.
• Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

4–6+ years in E-commerce, Social Commerce, or digital agency account management.

Social Commerce Mastery

Proven track record in platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee/Lazada Live, or Instagram Shopping, including affiliate ecosystems and paid media integration.

Commercial Acumen

Strong history of owning GMV targets, managing account growth, and leading pitch proposals.

Stakeholder Management

Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and senior brand leaders.
