• Monitor daily production output by line and compare against the production plan.
• Track order progress and identify potential shipment or delivery risks.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality teams to resolve issues impacting delivery commitments.
• Maintain and update daily production and delivery tracking reports.
• Follow up on material shortages, production constraints, and recovery actions.
• Provide real-time shopfloor status updates to the Customer Delivery Office.
• Support daily production plan adjustments based on actual shopfloor conditions.
• Escalate critical issues requiring management attention.
• Ensure data accuracy for production output, delivery adherence, and operational KPIs.
• Support shift handovers and maintain clear communication across shifts.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Flexible to work shifts as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Production Planning, PMC, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
