Overall Description

Achieve target by ensuring that all sales/ tender opportunities are prepared and implemented thoroughly aim at continuously improving Portfolio quality

Responsibilities

• Implement tender documents: Read & track tender opportunity, prepare tender submission documents,...
• Cross check the information of other department: NI-EI Handover, Hotline…
• Organize, store and preserve internal database at the Office & Warehouse
• Send documents and written notice to customers. Ensure quotations, contracts, and tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Minimize errors and support successful business and tender outcomes.
• High sense of responsibility in managing document quality and compliance.
• Follow tracking to receive hard copy contract from customers
• Prepare regular Portfolio reports
• Support team in inputting data on SAP
• Keep the team updated on customer feedback for adjustable sales strategy
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail in preparing and reviewing customer documentation aim at minimize errors and support successful business and tender outcomes.
• High sense of responsibility in managing document quality and compliance.
• Update information when have request
• Handle queries from manager

Professional experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service; experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Sales experience of industrial products preferred
• SAP experience is preferred
