Every great sales video starts with a great script, and that’s where you come in. As a Senior Video Ad Scriptwriter, you will shape the short videos that introduce our fashion products to millions of shoppers across the US. You decide what the viewer sees in the first 3 seconds, how the product comes to life on screen, and what moment makes them tap “Shop Now.”

You won’t just write words on a page. Your scripts and storyboards will be the blueprint that our models, studios, and editors follow to bring each video to life. If you have a sharp eye for visual storytelling, a feel for what works with American audiences, and years of experience writing ads that sell, we’d love to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Script & Storyboard Development

• Write detailed footage scripts for short sales videos, covering hooks, scenes, shot lists, camera angles, model actions, voice-over, and on-screen text.
• Create clear storyboards that production teams, models, and studios can follow easily.
• Turn product information, selling points, and customer insights into compelling stories that convert viewers into buyers.
• Develop several script variations (hooks, angles, formats) for A/B testing across ad campaigns.

Market & Creative Research

• Research US consumer behavior, fashion trends, and top-performing ad formats on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Analyze competitor ads and winning creatives to find fresh ideas and angles.
• Make sure scripts fit the tone, language, and culture of the US audience.

Collaboration with Production

• Work closely with Content Owners, Project Coordinators, and the Marketing team to understand each product brief and campaign goal.
• Brief models, studios, and editors on creative direction and answer their questions during production.
• Review raw footage and edited videos to make sure they follow the script and meet brand standards.

Performance Optimization

• Track video performance (CTR, hook rate, watch time, ROAS) with the Marketing team.
• Use data and feedback to improve future scripts and build a library of proven formats and hooks.
