To support the planning, execution, and analysis of consumer promotion activities to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement. This role ensures the smooth implementation of promotional campaigns in alignment with brand and trade strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Consumer Promotion Planning & Execution:

• Assist in developing consumer promotion plans based on marketing strategy, sales insights, and customer behavior.
• Coordinate the implementation of promotional activities (e.g., discounts, gifts with purchase, sampling, contests).
• Ensure proper communication of promotions to sales teams and trade partners.
• Monitor promotional calendar and execution timelines.

2. Campaign Management:

• Collaborate with sales, brand, and supply chain teams to ensure promotional materials and premiums are delivered on time.
• Track inventory levels of promotional items and ensure availability.
• Support point-of-sale material (POSM) creation and deployment at retail level.

3. Performance Analysis:

• Collect and analyze data on consumer promotion effectiveness, including ROI, sales uplift, and shopper behavior.
• Prepare post-promotion evaluations and reports to identify learnings and recommend improvements.

4. Retail & Market Insight:

• Monitor competitor promotional activities and market trends.
• Conduct occasional market visits to ensure proper execution and gain field insights.

5. Compliance & Budgeting:

• Ensure all promotions comply with internal policies and local regulations.
• Support budgeting and cost control of consumer promotion activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales, 2 years’ experience in Promotional project operation
• Language: Professional proficiency in English is advantage.
• Understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with shopper marketing or CRM tools.
• Basic graphic design knowledge or experience working with creative agencies.
• Familiarity with merchandising and in-store visibility strategies.
