Overview

Conduct market research, product development, pricing, and sales policy planning to deliver competitive, market-driven, and profitable residential projects aligned with Nam Long ADC’s strategic objectives.

Responsibility

1. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research, including supply–demand analysis, pricing, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.

- Prepare periodic market intelligence reports (monthly/quarterly) to support business decisions.

- Analyze customer needs and market insights to recommend product positioning, unit mix, pricing strategy, and key product differentiators.

- Support project feasibility studies by providing market assumptions, pricing analysis, absorption forecasts, and competitor benchmarks.

- Monitor competitor pricing, sales performance, and marketing activities; recommend pricing adjustments and sales strategies.

- Prepare market studies and business analyses to support new land acquisition opportunities and project expansion initiatives.

- Develop and recommend project pricing strategies based on market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial feasibility.

- Develop and manage sales policies, including payment schemes, discounts, financing support, and promotional programs.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to recommend timely pricing and sales policy adjustments.

2. Cross-functional Coordination

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, M&S, Land Acquisition, Project Teams) to prepare investment dossiers.

- Prepare management presentations, market briefs, and documentation for project approvals.

3. Performance management and reporting

- Accuracy and timeliness of market updates and project intelligence

- Alignment of pricing/absorption forecasts versus actual performance

- Product approval success rate

- Effectiveness of product positioning and revenue outcomes

- Contribution to landbank assessment and investment decisions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Background / Experience

- Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields

- 1-3 years’ experience in market research, consultancy, development, or investment (real estate preferred)

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and commercial mindset

- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions

- Good command of English (written and spoken) is an advantage
