- Design & execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall brand positioning, marketing objectives and business priorities.

- Develop creative content concepts and compelling storytelling.

- Measure and report on the performance of all social media campaigns.

- Work closely with designers & video editors to produce high-quality visual and video content.

- Implement PR communication plans to strengthen brand awareness, corporate reputation and positive public perception.

- Manage KOL/KOC booking process.

- Analyze competitors‘ activities to identify competitive advantages and improvement opportunities.

- Tracking market trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.

- Lead & coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective execution of ESG and CSR programs.

- Other tasks as required

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education background in Marketing, Business Administration.

- Over 3 years experience in Social Media in retail or F&B industries.

- Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats.

- Knowledge and experience in marketing strategies, advertising and media.

- Self-motivated, ability to work under pressure and should believe in team work and collective efforts.

- Good presentation skills and data analysis.

- Willing to work on weekends if necessary.
