Independently drive graphic design for advertising and marketing campaigns, from concept development to final deliverables, in line with the agreed Art Direction. Ensure aesthetic quality, consistency, and adaptability across multiple formats.

• Analyze briefs and clarify campaign objectives, target audience, key message, channels, and any requirements that affect the design.
• Apply a structured creative process from research and ideation to evaluation and execution; use moodboards, sketches, or thumbnails to present concepts.
• Develop and finalize campaign visual concepts based on the creative direction and Art Direction agreed with the team lead.
• Personally execute designs that require advanced graphic skills, with strong attention to detail, aesthetic quality, and polish.
• Proactively adapt designs across sizes, formats, and placements while keeping the Art Direction consistent and the message, brand, and CTA clear.
• Plan for reviewing and improving work; contribute suitable assets, components, and templates to the shared library.
• Collaborate with content, client service, media, and UI/UX roles to deliver consistent work across all items.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Ads, or E-commerce.
• Expert in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma); able to work independently and AI-native in your workflow.
• Strong attention to detail with consistently high output quality.
• Able to roll out multiple formats from a single visual direction while maintaining consistency.
• Able to organize information so that the brand, product, message, and desired action come across clearly.
• Clear ideation process; keeps up with trends and selects those relevant to the work.
• Able to present concepts in a structured way, distinguish subjective from objective feedback, and validate and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Proactively organizes work and manages versions and quality of assigned items; writes clear, accurate handover documentation.
