• Work with Shopee team to get & onboard new brands on Shopee having demand for enablers
• Take the role as a coordinator between platform & OP for brand issues, enabler issues and work with OP stakeholders to solve
• Coordinate budget and investment support from platform with internal OP stakeholders
• Update marketing/ enabler rate card from platform to related departments
• Align on big brand pitching/ onboarding/ Category focus/ direction and strategy
• Deep-dive into Shopee overall and Shopee enabler team: understand their KPI and direction on each period to match/ propose with what OP is having (on marketing, PnL, Mall/C2C, enabler focus, Retail focus,…)
• Proactively propose initiatives to grow OP brands on Shopee
• Market intelligence: frequently monitor OP brands' growth vs Shopee/ Shopee Mall and entire ecommerce growth
• Consolidate numbers and report & follow up on Shopee project to increase OP share on Shopee.

1. Experience/Industry requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in in e-commerce/retail, ideally in the industry
• Experience with leading large, diverse organizations and manage multi-level teams
• Analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• A proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internally and externally)
• Outstanding communication skills and people management capacity, able to build rapport, earn trust with key stakeholders and mange Head-level efficiently from large to multinational companies
• Ability to effectively deal with both corporate management and the general workforce
• Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
