Shipment execution and Operations

• Manage end-to-end shipment execution from booking to file closure.
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, trucking and customs teams to ensure smooth import/export operations.
• Optimise booking, routing and operational performance.

Documentation, compliance and system accuracy

• Prepare and validate shipping documentation (issue HBL to the customer, submit SI/VGM/... to the carrier) and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely system updates, reports and data quality.

Customer service, exception Management

• Monitor shipment milestones, manage operational exceptions and provide proactive customer communication.
• Drive service recovery and continuous service improvement.

Cost control, invoice and profit optimization

• Perform cost booking, support invoicing and resolve billing discrepancies
• Control operational costs and support profitability.

Stakeholder coordination and team support

• Collaborate with Sales, Product and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
• Share knowledge, support junior team members and promote operational best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Business, Economics or related fields is preferred;
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in sea/ocean freight import and export operations;
• Solid knowledge of shipment handling, documentation, compliance and forwarding processes;
• Good English, communication and customer service skills, with strong problem-solving ability;
• Commercial mindset with attention to service quality, operational efficiency and profit optimization;
• Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding systems
• Detail-oriented, responsible, collaborative and able to work independently while leading by example.

Benefits:

• Basic salary + allowances + 13th-month salary + year-end bonus
