Overall purpose

- In charge of promoting and developing new partners (Franchise/ License) as company target

- Develop sources of candidates that can qualify to become franchise owners/ partners

- Understand Yamaha Music School Franchise Business and communicate well with partners

- Support franchise owners/ existing partners through frequent communications/ activities and necessary trainings

- Review and monitor partners/ franchisee's performance, and support them for reach sale target

- Obtain market information/ research and analysis

Key responsibilities and duties

SALE 70%

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through Franchise and License partnerships to achieve company expansion targets

- Develop Franchise Scheme and contract along with master franchise agreement and local regulations

- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, school partners and strategic business partners to identify expansion opportunities

- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of new partnership projects

- Coordinate site analytics, selection, and negotiation activities

- Plan and execute marketing and business development activities to generate qualified leads and promote Yamaha Music School model

OPERATION 30%

- Ensure overall effective, qualification & relationship management with music school partner

- In charge of developing and establishing partnerships with Kindergarten/ Montessori/ Private & Intl. Schools

- Prepare sales reports, project updates and other business documentation as required

- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Required working experience

- At least 3-5 years working experience in business development/ education field; any of experience in B2B sale, B2C sale, business administration is a plus

Required qualifications

- At least Bachelor’s degree in trade/ marketing/ management/ international business

Required languages

- English Proficiency in both writing and speaking

Required knowledge and skills

- Able to work independently or in a team, and proactive

- Growth mindset and business acumen

- Analysis and problem-solving

- Good relationship building

- Good in negotiation and communication

- Customer-focused with effective customer-handling skills

- Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
