* Position Overview

The Senior Sales Executive is a hunter-focused sales role responsible for driving new business acquisition across the Vietnamese market.

The successful candidate will proactively identify, pursue, and close new customers for Noatum Logistics Vietnam across air freight, ocean freight, and value-added logistics solutions.

This is a front-line commercial role for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a high-activity, target-driven sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively identify, target, and acquire new customers across the Vietnamese local market through structured prospecting and outreach.

* Ownership of the full sales cycle— from initial prospecting and client meetings through proposal development and deal closure.

* Build, manage, and convert a qualified sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.

* Position and promote air freight, ocean freight, and value-added logistics aligned to customer requirements.

* Establish and develop trusted relationships with key decision makers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders.

* Collaborate closely with operations, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

* Deliver regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports to senior management.

* Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, International Trade, or a related discipline.

* Minimum 3–5+ years of proven hunter sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics is required; candidates across junior to senior levels are encouraged to apply.

* Demonstrable track record in new business acquisition, with measurable pipeline development and gross profit generation outcomes.

* Established customer network or strong ability to build one from the ground up within the HCMC market.

* Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.

* Self-directed, commercially driven, and comfortable operating autonomously in a hunter sales model.
