As a Senior QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of enterprise applications supporting business operations. You will work closely with IT Business Analysts, Developers, QC teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, design and execute test plans, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

The role primarily focuses on enterprise applications, including Distribution Management System (DMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Staff Performance, Loyalty, and Promotion systems,... You will have the opportunity to work on complex business processes and contribute to system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and clarify testing requirements for IT products and services.

• Research business and system requirements to develop appropriate testing strategies.

• Develop test plans, write test scripts, and prepare test reports and defect reports.

• Perform manual and automation testing to validate software quality and ensure alignment with business requirements.

• Conduct testing on existing systems to ensure stability and consistency following updates, enhancements, or system changes.

• Collaborate with IT Business Analysts, Developers, QC teams, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, investigate defects, and support issue resolution.

• Analyze and evaluate the root causes of post-go-live defects to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

• Prepare and maintain testing documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field from a recognized university.

• More than 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a good understanding of databases.

• Experience testing software across Web, Desktop Applications, Android, and iOS platforms.

• General knowledge of the retail industry and retail business operations.

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, practices, and processes.

• Testing-related certifications are a plus.

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze requirements, documents, and reports.

• Good documentation, communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
