• Position: Senior QA Automation Engineer
• Department: Technology
• Reporting to: Head of Engineering
• Location: 16 Truong Dinh, Xuan Hoa Ward (District 3), HCMC
• Working time: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Mon-Fri (flexible time)

• Responsibilities:
• We run a cloud-native, event-driven platform on AWS covering booking, PMS, payments, operations and guest-facing apps.
• Design, build and maintain automation frameworks across web, mobile and API, integrated with CI/CD for continuous testing and fast feedback.
• Develop end-to-end test strategies for multi-service and integration flows, ensuring data consistency and coverage across database, regression, E2E, performance and reliability testing.
• Explore AI-assisted tools for test design, automation and defect analysis while maintaining engineering rigor.
• Partner with Product, Design and Engineering early to improve feature testability, acceptance criteria and shift-left quality.
• Investigate complex defects, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of quality issues.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive the shift toward scalable quality engineering through shared ownership, automation and testing standards.

Must-have:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in test automation for Web apps and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or other automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Strong SQL skills, comfortable writing joins/queries independently to verify data integrity across services and databases.
• Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Own a personal laptop for work use (company provides 50% laptop purchase support).

Nice-to-have:

• Domain experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce or payments (PMS, OTA/channel manager, booking engine, payment gateway); Oracle OPERA or Odoo experience is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with observability/APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Interest in AI-assisted test automation (test design, script generation, defect analysis).
