Employment benefits

• Salary between €6,550 and €8,900 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and fit for the role.
• A work week of 32 to 40 hours, 15% company performance-based bonus, 8% holiday allowance and a pension scheme.

• Vacancy description
• As Senior Project Manager Innovation, you will be part of the Project & Portfolio Management Department within Specialised Nutrition. You will be responsible for the on-time-in-full delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, quality and risks to achieve the required results.
• You will lead cross-functional project teams and work closely with colleagues in medical marketing, marketing, sales, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Research & Development and Supply Chain across Europe and Asia. Through regular and purposeful engagement, you ensure that team members remain aligned and motivated and that all workstreams deliver as planned.
• You will develop workable project and programme structures for initiatives that are new to Specialised Nutrition and involve different business groups. You monitor milestones, report on progress and establish appropriate risk management and mitigation plans. When issues or conflicting interests arise, you facilitate resolution and keep the project focused on its objectives and deliverables.
• You will also manage changes resulting from a constantly evolving external environment, such as regulatory developments, through strong team engagement and process optimisation. You will work according to the FrieslandCampina project management way of working, including the appropriate stage-gating, documentation and reporting processes, while continuously looking for opportunities to improve.
