Job Purpose

The Project Manager is a critical role at Pixelz, responsible for leading, coordinating, and mobilizing resources to drive our major projects to success. Currently, Pixelz is executing several high-impact initiatives, such as launching our new AI Studio product and onboarding major global clients. We require an outstanding, professional Project Manager who will ensure all projects are run exceptionally, delivered on time, and reach the finishing line successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication & Alignment

Act as the primary point of contact for project communication, collaborating closely with customers, Customer Success Managers (CSM), production, operations, and other relevant departments.

Ensure all client-facing and internal stakeholders are perfectly aligned; maintain ultimate transparency so stakeholders are never surprised by status updates.

Communicate with a straightforward, clear, and professional style.

Demonstrate strong assertiveness and pushing-back skills to align expectations when project timelines or scopes are unrealistic, even with senior stakeholders.

Resource, Capacity Coordination & Problem Solving

Lead and coordinate resources and capacities across multiple locations to ensure seamless project delivery.

Act as a dynamic problem solver; resolve complex issues and provide effective guidance and coaching to the team.

Maintain a calm demeanor under high pressure while executing rapid and precise solutions.

Project Planning & Governance

Take full charge of creating key project documents, including detailed project plans, roadmaps, and project charters from Day 1.

Establish and enforce project governance processes, ensuring standard practices are followed across all departments.

Risk & Issue Management

Proactively anticipate, identify, and manage potential risks before they are raised or escalate into critical issues.

Identify, address, and communicate delivery risks early, establishing clear and effective recovery plans for any timeline or budget deviations.

Reporting & Documentation

Produce highly structured, clear, and clean project reports and post-project reviews for leadership.

Maintain meticulous project documentation so that any external team member can easily pick up and understand the project mid-stream.

Must-Have Qualifications

PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification is mandatory.

Fluent Professional English (C1 level or above), both written and verbal, is mandatory.

Experience

5+ years of proven experience in successfully delivering complex, high-impact projects involving a large number of stakeholders across multiple locations.

Prior experience managing client-facing projects in a multi-language, cross-cultural environment.
