Tuyển dụng (Senior) Project Management Specialist, Fiza tại Hồ Chí Minh

As the primary bridge and driver for strategic partnership projects between the company and BFSI institutions, the (Senior) Project Management Specialist is chiefly responsible for realizing business objectives, optimizing the deployment of financial products/services (Mini Apps, Lead Generation, System Integrations, Digital Lending, etc.) from contract signing to successful go-live and stable operation.

Partner Management & Coordination (BFSI Stakeholders)

• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC), working directly with representatives from Banks, Financial Institutions, and Securities/Insurance companies to clarify business cases, Scope of Work (SOW), and project timelines
• Negotiate and align with partners on collaboration workflows, project KPIs, and SLAs
• Manage partner expectations, resolving any operational or procedural conflicts/issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Internal Alignment & Synchronization

• Translate Business Requirements from partners into concrete, actionable plans for internal teams: Product, Tech, Legal, Data Privacy and Operations
• Chair project kick-offs and progress meetings (Weekly/Monthly) across departments to ensure absolute alignment on goals and timelines
• Closely monitor the progress of various project components (e.g., eKYC flows, API integration, digital account opening, CRM system migrations), proactively identifying and unblocking bottlenecks.

Project Governance & Performance Tracking

• Develop, maintain, and update the Master Timeline using project management tools
• Mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, and operational costs
• Establish and track performance metrics post-go-live (e.g., User acquisition, conversion rates, and Actual Revenue generated from the project).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance & Banking, Economics, or related fields
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or Business Analyst within Fintech, Digital Banking, or E-commerce
• Proven track record of managing integration projects with the BFSI sector (e.g., payment gateways, e-wallets, Mini Apps, identity verification systems, or credit approval workflows).

Skills & Knowledge

• Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the Vietnamese Fintech/BFSI landscape, regulatory compliance, data security, and the strict operational standards of banking institutions
• Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both external stakeholders and internal teams.
