Senior Product Development to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research and product analysis report.
• Residential development project analysis.
• Marketing and sales data analysis.
• Annual upcoming project analysis.
• Market price tracking.
• Visiting new products to understand the market trend.
• Professional back data building work for the practice.
• Other tasks assigned by Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• 1–4 years of working experience in the real estate industry, architecture, or urban design companies
• Experience in housing analysis with strong logical thinking
• Ability to identify insights from market trends and understand diverse lifestyles
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Responsible, proactive, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of English (required)
