Investment Officer (Real Estate)

Responsibilities
The Investment Staff will support the Investment Department in:
Project management activities, including monitoring project progress, cash flows, budgets, and internal funding arrangements.
Preparing monthly/quarterly project updates, internal investment reports, investment memorandums (IM), project summaries, and other materials for management review and other stakeholders.
Preparing and coordinating investor visits and meetings.
Conducting project feasibility studies, structuring investments and working with legal professionals to prepare contracts.
Conduct market research on real estate, investment trends, and related sectors.
Support the preparation of research reports and other assigned tasks by the line manager.
Working within a dynamic team environment.

While no prior experience is required, a successful Investor Relations Analyst will have qualifications and qualities such as:
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other similar majors
Effective communication skills and working proficiency in English
Excellent research and writing abilities
Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
A team player with good attitude and time management skills
1 year of working experience (preferred)
