Job purpose:

• Maintain and develop the collaboration relationship with the suppliers of products, aiming at the proper development of the commercial contracts

• Coordinate the activities of Supply Chain Department

Job summary:

• Manage procurement for non-BOM suppliers and spare parts for machinery.

• Evaluate and assess suppliers based on quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Identify new sourcing opportunities and monitor industry trends.

• Place and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with departments to determine non-BOM material needs.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels of non-BOM materials.

• Oversee the approval process for suppliers and ensure compliance.

• Monitor the execution of contracts and delivery schedules.

• Collaborate with teams to fulfill technical requirements.

• Implement sourcing strategies that drive cost savings.

• Provide updates to management on supplier performance and inventory levels.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent in English

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply chain management or related field

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Buyer, Procurement, or similar role within the manufacturing industry (particularly in mechanical factories)

• Be proactive and be a problem solver

• Skillful with MS Office applications, especially in Excel & PowerPoint
