Key account upsell & cross-sell:

• Act as SoCom's single point of contact for the top existing clients, working alongside Commercial on accounts that also use OnPoint distribution.
• Build a growth plan per account and sell the full SoCom funnel (Affiliate, Influencer, Media, Livestream, Video, Incubation), moving clients from single-service to multi-service packages.
• Run quarterly business reviews with brands, using performance data to drive scope expansion and renewals.

Pure-service client acquisition:

• Own the pipeline for brands buying SoCom services only, without OnPoint distribution, and act as the direct point of contact with the brand.
• Define target segments with the Senior Business Director; lead pitches, pricing and negotiation through to signed contract and renewal.
• Ensure a clean handover to delivery teams, with scope, SLA and KPIs agreed before kickoff.

Solution design & pricing:

• Ensure every proposal follows full-funnel logic and a sound deal P&L (revenue, cost to serve, GP margin).
• Work with service HODs and Finance to keep rate cards, packages and case studies current.

Team leadership:

• Lead, coach and develop the Planning & Solutions and BD team; set individual targets and run performance cycles.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and build a repeatable sales process and playbook.

Cross-functional alignment & reporting:

• Follow the agreed RACI with Commercial on account ownership, pricing and handover.
• Report monthly on pipeline, revenue and GP by client and by service to SoCom leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years in business development, account management or solution sales, with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Background in an agency, e-commerce enabler, MCN, social commerce or platform (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
• Proven record of both hunting new clients and growing existing accounts, with revenue numbers to show.
• Hands-on knowledge of social commerce services: livestream, affiliate, KOL/KOC, video content and performance media.
• Experience selling to FMCG, beauty or consumer brands, including MNCs.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• Solution selling: Turns a brand brief into a full-funnel plan with clear business outcomes.
• Stakeholder management: Earns trust with brand leads up to Director level and with Commercial counterparts.
