WHAT WILL YOU DO

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, with a primary focus on Meta/Facebook Ads, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

- Own the full campaign lifecycle — from planning, setup, testing, and optimization to scaling high-performing campaigns.

- Manage and optimize advertising budgets based on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA/CAC, Conversion Rate, and Profit.

- Analyze campaign and product performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

- Collaborate closely with Creative and Product teams to develop and test new ad concepts, messaging, and product angles.

- Continuously run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and campaign structures to identify winning combinations and unlock further scale.

- Monitor performance daily, identify issues and opportunities early, and take ownership of optimization decisions.

- Stay updated on advertising trends, competitor strategies, and new growth opportunities across the E-commerce and Performance Marketing landscape

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- At least 1 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Advertising, or User Acquisition. Experience in E-commerce/DTC, POD/Dropshipping, or App/Game industries is highly preferred.

- Proven experience in launching, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Meta/Facebook Ads.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to monitor campaign performance, interpret key metrics, identify opportunities, and make timely optimization decisions.

- Solid understanding of key Performance Marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA/CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Profit, with the ability to use these metrics to evaluate and improve business performance.

- Experience managing large-scale advertising budgets, with the ability to make effective decisions on budget allocation, scaling, and campaign efficiency.

- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager. Experience with Google Ads, AppLovin, Unity, ironSource, Mintegral, or other performance marketing platforms is a strong advantage.

- A strong growth mindset and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently, take ownership, continuously test new ideas, learn quickly, and optimize performance.

- Experience in POD/Dropshipping or Fashion E-commerce is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

Lên VP làm việc vào thứ 2 đến thứ 5. Thời gian từ 14h00 - 17h00.

Thời gian còn lại chủ động công việc theo yêu cầu
