Senior Marketing Supervisor – Makeup & Assigned Brands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTED OUTCOMES

• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, Hero SKUs, Focus SKUs, and new product launch schedules.
• Manage and oversee the execution of content, social media, digital media, KOL/KOC collaborations, UGC, and sampling activities, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and Visual Merchandising (VM) teams to align marketing campaigns with product availability, retail execution, and sales conversion activities.
• Monitor marketing expenditures and campaign performance by brand and campaign; provide data-driven recommendations to scale up, optimize, reduce, or discontinue activities based on results.
• Work directly with international Brand Principals on marketing plans, marketing support, and performance reporting; coordinate with Finance to manage budgets and supporting documentation.
• Lead, assign tasks, supervise, and coach Marketing Executives to ensure effective execution and team performance; leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

EXPECTATIONS FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS

Within the first 90 days, the successful candidate is expected to

• Complete the handover process and gain a thorough understanding of assigned brands and ongoing marketing activities.
• Develop marketing plans and establish clear KPIs for the team.
• Implement a structured weekly performance review process to monitor progress and ensure accountability.
• Deliver at least one comprehensive campaign performance evaluation report, including actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum
• 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Consumer Marketing, including at least
• 2 years in people management or leading marketing execution teams.
• Experience in the
• Beauty/Cosmetics industry is highly preferred. Candidates from FMCG backgrounds may also be considered if they have relevant experience in both retail and e-commerce channels.
• Proven experience in managing multiple brands, executing product launches, and overseeing marketing budgets.
• Strong understanding of consumer insights, brand positioning, content strategy, and digital marketing performance, with the ability to analyze and interpret business data.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate, develop marketing plans, and deliver presentations independently to international Brand Principals.
• Proactive, well-organized, and highly accountable, with strong ownership, leadership, and team development skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
