About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven marketer to own Geniebook's marketing in Vietnam. This is a broad, high-ownership role: you'll run our paid digital channels end-to-end, support key events and partnerships, and act as our marketing point of contact in the local market while working closely with our Singapore HQ. It's a long-term role for someone reliable who can work independently and turn numbers into decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

• Own and manage all paid digital channels — Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok — from campaign setup through to daily optimisation and reporting.

• Plan and allocate monthly digital budgets in coordination with the Sales team to maximise lead volume and conversion quality.

• Maintain and improve landing pages, website content, and SEO to support inbound demand.

• Monitor lead flow through to conversion via our CRM, flagging drop-off points and recommending fixes.

• Produce regular performance reports for Singapore HQ with clear insights and next steps — not just numbers.

2. Events & Partnerships (Ad Hoc)

• Execute committed marketing events and contest activations — including Geniebook's exclusive SIMCC partnership (SMC, SMGF, SCSC) and seasonal events such as ARENA.

• Coordinate logistics with internal teams (Curriculum, Learning Advisors, Sales Ops) and external vendors or partners.

• Manage KOL/KOC relationships and activations for campaign support.

Vietnam Marketing Representative

• Serve as the primary marketing point of contact in Vietnam — for internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Liaise with Singapore HQ on strategy, budgets, approvals, and reporting.

• Identify local market opportunities and flag risks early — proactive communication, not surprises.

• Manage local vendor and agency relationships where relevant

Must-haveYêu cầu công việc

Must-have

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a track record in paid social and search (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads required; TikTok Ads a strong plus).

• Comfortable with data — you build your own reports, spot your own issues, and come with solutions.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple workstreams without close day-to-day supervision.

• Stable and reliable — this is a long-term role and we're investing in the right person accordingly.

• Vietnamese native speaker (required for local market execution).

Good to Have

• Strong English communication, verbal and written — you'll work with a Singapore-based manager and HQ teams regularly.

• Experience coordinating events or managing external partnerships.

• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.

• Background in edtech, education, or consumer services.
